First in west Japan of the nutrition related universities we have doctoral course educating professionals to lead in the field of nutritional sciences.
The field with a potential to contribute to the health and the quality-of-life of people in our time requires much research. Since its opening in 1990 our school has been engaged in advanced research activity in the field.

After finding the subject of their study students learn and research in their field of specialization, do presentations at academic conferences and improve their expertise. In addition, they have access to the latest information on health, nutrition and food products.

After completion of the course, they can work as national registered dietitian at medical institutions, care facilities, businesses or be occupied in education and research activities at universities and research institutes.
